1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Cancellations by Training 4 Responders LLC: If a class is canceled by Training 4 Responders LLC due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future class at no additional cost.
- Cancellations by Customers: Refund eligibility for customer cancellations is as follows:
- Cancellation requests made 14 days or more before the class start date will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation requests made 7-13 days before the class start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the class start date are not eligible for a refund.
